Project Graduation is highly praised and appreciated by McKinney teachers, parents, administrators, and local law enforcement, but it is not directly associated with the school district. This program is solely run and supported by local volunteers, parent groups and booster clubs, and businesses here in McKinney. This means community and business support is vital to making Project Graduation a success!
As McKinney has grown, so has the cost of hosting Project Graduation. This year we estimate it will take more than $130,000 for games, food, security, paramedics, DJs, shirts and other expenses to make the event successful.

Project Graduation is also in need of raffle items and gift cards given out to students throughout the night and volunteers for the night of the event.
Computers, televisions, sunglasses, video games, appliances, purses, jewelry, gift cards and gift baskets are just a few examples of prizes. We've created an Amazon WISH LIST to make it easier for you to donate prizes for our graduates.

Join us and help us make this a night to remember. We will need volunteers to set up and clean up, to check-in grads, and in every activity such as casino tables, bingo room, inflatables, prize tables and food stations.

For each $100 donation you make on behalf of a senior, he or she will receive a raffle ticket for the $500 drawing. Please include the student’s name and school attending.
